What is a Moisturizer and How it Works?

What is a Moisturizer and How it Works?

The benefits of moisturizing your face every day will help you to keep the skin clear, glowing skin, softer, smoother, wrinkle-free and reduce the dry spots.

Skincare : Your skin is the largest organ in the body and the first line of defense against harmful microbes, pollution, and UV rays. In scientific terms, your skin is technically "dry" when its moisture level is less than 10%. That's when you're most likely to smother yourself in body lotion. Especially dry, irritated, or inflamed skin is also called Xerosis, which is usually a minor and temporary problem that can be solved with good moisturizing lotions.

There are three different layers of the skin: the outer layer (epidermis), middle layer (dermis), and lower layer (hypodermis or fatty layer). Moisture is delivered to the skin via blood vessels, but they only supply moisture to the middle layer of the skin, the dermis. From there, water travels upward and outward through the epidermis before evaporating into the atmosphere.

What happens to your Body and Brain when you stop eating Sugar?

What happens to your Body and Brain when you stop eating Sugar?

Sugar is found in lots of foods but actually isn't good for us. It's fine to treat yourself in moderation, but have you ever wondered what would happen to your body if you stopped eating sugar altogether?

Health News :Studies have shown that when someone stops eating sugar there are similar effects as when people get off drugs. You may experience exhaustion, headaches, brain fog and irritability.  Some people even have gastrointestinal distress.

Your mood can change drastically if your body is hooked on sugar, and suddenly you're going without.

Sugar causes inflammation in the skin, so the less you eat, the clearer your complexion may become. Eliminating sugar from your diet can improve the overall quality of your sleep in the long run. You lose weight from cutting sugar out of your diet, but there are other variables that go into this, too.

When you reduce or eliminate sugar, storage of fat will decline slowly, and you will lose some weight. However, this takes time, with the effect typically beginning at one to two weeks.

Cyberstalking

 Beware Of Cyber Stalking

Technology News: Cyber stalking can be a very scary experience as we cant physically see the person following us. We just don’t know what kind of people are consuming the information about us & how they are going to use it. Also, cyber stalking often becomes obvious only after some incident already takes place. Therefore, its important to beware of cyber stalking.

→ Firstly, all information that any stranger (or known person) knows about us on the internet is often shared by ourselves. We overshare details like pattern of our life, locations, places we travel, whom we meet, restaurants we visit, our address, our friend circle and more. This makes us easy target for cyber stalkers. We need to be sensible about what information we are sharing online so that we are beware of cyber stalkers.

→ Secondly, we need to make sure that we use Virtual Phone Networks (VPN) where possible. VPN redirects our access points to other locations thereby concealing real locations from where we are logging. This is an important step in being beware of cyberstalking.

→ Thirdly, in a majority of cases, stalkers are known to the victim. They could even be ex lovers, partners, colleagues, neighbors etc. When you go through any relationship break/divorce, please change all your passwords. This includes social media, emails as well as banking details.

Cyberstalking

Let’s beware of cyber stalking & take every step to keep ourselves safe.

What are the Effects of Caffeine on Human body?

Effects of Caffeine on Human body

Caffeine is a natural stimulant most commonly found in tea, coffee and cacao plants.

Effects of Caffeine on Human body

Health News : Many of us rely on a morning cup of coffee or a jolt of caffeine in the afternoon to help us get through the day. But caffeine does so much more than just keeping you awake. It’s a central nervous system stimulant that affects your body in numerous ways.

Caffeine provides no nutritional value on its own. It’s tasteless, so you won’t necessarily know if it’s in your food either. Even some medications may contain caffeine without your knowledge.

At a minimum, you may feel more energetic, but over time, too much caffeine may cause withdrawal symptoms. Caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant. When it reaches your brain, the most noticeable effect is alertness. Studies have also found that people who drink coffee regularly have a lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s and dementia, and cut suicide risk by 45%.

These benefits are limited to people who drink high-octane coffee, not decaf. Extra caffeine doesn’t get stored in your body either. It’s processed in the liver and exits through your urine. Caffeine can make your blood pressure go up for a short time. If you consume too much, caffeine may cause also your muscles to twitch.

An overdose of caffeine may cause rapid or irregular heartbeat and breathing trouble. In rare cases, caffeine overdose can result in death due to convulsions or irregular heartbeat.

How it Works

Once consumed, caffeine is quickly absorbed from the gut into the bloodstream. From there, it travels to the liver and is broken down into compounds that can affect the function of various organs.

That said, caffeine’s main effect is on the brain. It functions by blocking the effects of adenosine, which is a neurotransmitter that relaxes the brain and makes you feel tired.

Normally, adenosine levels build up over the day, making you increasingly more tired and causing you to want to go to sleep. Caffeine helps you stay awake by connecting to adenosine receptors in the brain without activating them. This blocks the effects of adenosine, leading to reduced tiredness.

It may also increase blood adrenaline levels and increase brain activity of the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine. This combination further stimulates the brain and promotes a state of arousal, alertness, and focus. Because it affects your brain, caffeine is often referred to as a psychoactive drug.

Additionally, caffeine tends to exert its effects quickly. For instance, the amount found in one cup of coffee can take as little as 20 minutes to reach the bloodstream and about 1 hour to reach full effectiveness.

A book written by Dr. Peter Hammond on Islam and how it captures countries, by silently increasing its population.

In his book Dr. Peter Hammond states that- "Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life"

Internet TrendsIslam has religious, legal, political, economic, social and military components. The religious component is a beard for all of the other components. Islamization begins when there are sufficient Muslims in a country to agitate for their religious privileges.

When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the other components tend to creep in as well...

Here how it works :- As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be, for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:
  • United States -- Muslim 1.1%
  • Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
  • China -- Muslim 1.8%
  • Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
  • Norway -- Muslim 1.8%
At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:
  • Denmark -- Muslim 2%
  • Germany -- Muslim 3.7%
  • United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7%
  • Spain -- Muslim 4%
  • Australia -- 7%
  • Thailand -- Muslim 4.6%
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves - along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:
  • France -- Muslim 8%
  • Philippines -- 5%
  • Sweden -- Muslim 5%
  • Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3%
  • The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5%
  • Trinidad & Tobago -- Muslim 5.8%
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.

When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris , we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily,
particularly in Muslim sections, in:
  • Guyana -- Muslim 10%
  • India -- Muslim 13.4%
  • Israel -- Muslim 16%
  • Kenya -- Muslim 10%
  • Russia -- Muslim 15%
After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-triggering, rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in-:
  • Ethiopia -- Muslim 32.8%
At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:
  • Albania -- Muslim 70%
  • Malaysia -- Muslim 60.4%
  • Qatar -- Muslim 77.5%
  • Sudan -- Muslim 70%
After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:
  • Bangladesh -- Muslim 83%
  • Egypt -- Muslim 90%
  • Gaza -- Muslim 98.7%
  • Indonesia -- Muslim 86.1%
  • Iran -- Muslim 98%
  • Iraq -- Muslim 97%
  • Jordan -- Muslim 92%
  • Morocco -- Muslim 98.7%
  • Pakistan -- Muslim 97%
  • Palestine -- Muslim 99%
  • Syria -- Muslim 90%
  • Tajikistan -- Muslim 90%
  • Turkey -- Muslim 99.8%
  • United Arab Emirates -- Muslim 96%
100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic
House of peace. Here there's supposed to be peace because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrassas are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in:
  • Afghanistan -- Muslim 100%
  • Saudi Arabia -- Muslim 100%
  • Somalia -- Muslim 100%
  • Yemen -- Muslim 100%
Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons". There will be no human right, no rights for women, Sharia will be the one and only law.

And most of us know the islamists madly want to convert Bharata(India) into an, Islamic state and they can by this decade, they are multiplying rapidly in Bharata, And if they capture Bharata then they will have a state militarily, financially(the way our economy is rising)and most important nuclear capable. All non believers(kaffirs) killed or converted.

Likewise in Mewat, West Bengal, Assam where Muslim population is rising and the downfall of Hindu population. "Slavery, terrorism and Islam" the book written by Peter Hammond. Though the book originally published in 2005 ,but it is true. In most of the countries mentioned in, have seen a rise in Muslim population percentage. And increase in riots, beheading like kamlesh tiwari and French teacher beheading.

*The Muslim population percentage of countries are as of past decade.
